Laura Smith is a First Class Honours Fine Art graduate from Oxford Brookes University. Working in various forms, she prides herself on attention to detail and the ability to express the emotions behind her subjects' eyes. She has always had a passion for animals who have become a recurring motif within her practice. This year she won BBC Wildlife's People's Choice Award for her wildlife sculpture 'Kin'.
